About David Speer
My name is David Speer, and I have been enjoying wine and food professionally for more than 6 years. I created Wine and Chocolate, Inc. because many of my favorite clients at previous jobs wanted(and needed) more personalized attention in their wine cellars. I love helping my clients take the guess work out of wine so they can enjoy time with their friends and family.
Here are some of my qualifications:
- Certified Sommelier through the International Sommelier Guild
- Previously the Adjunct Professor of Wine at Oregon Culinary Institute
- Trained Chef through Western Culinary Institute
- Worked for wine shops, wineries, and wine bars for the past 6 years
- Worked for Moonstruck Chocolate and Paul Lemieux Chocolate
