Wine and Chocolate seminars and tastings are an great way for you and your friends and clients to bond.
David’s wine tastings are a blast. I have learned more from him about Spanish and Italian wines than I ever thought possible, yet they are so casual that it seems like a social event, not a class.

Seminars:
Tour of Italy – $500
1.5 – 2 hours
12 guests will taste 7 wines from many regions of Italy including Tuscany, Piedmont, and Southern Italy. Wine, glassware and tasting sheets included.
Tour of Spain – $500
1.5 – 2 hours
12 guest will enjoy 7 wines from the top regions of Spain including Rioja, Ribeira del Duero, and Priorat. Wine, glassware and tasting sheets included.
Champagne! – $750
1.5 – 2 hours
12 guests will enjoy 7 sparkling wines, including one Tete de Cuvee such as Dom Perignon or Krug Grande Cuvee. Your guests will be amazed by the differences in the wines! Wine, glassware and tasting sheets included.
Executive Forum – $1000-$5000
1.5 – hours
12 guests will enjoy 7 of the best wines in the world from Bordeaux, Burgundy, California, Champagne, Italy, or areas of your choosing. This is an excellent opportunity to impress clients and experience and understand the world’s premier wines. Wine, glassware and tasting sheets included.
Cocktail Tasting:
Wines of the Northwest – $600
2 hours
Up to 24 guests will enjoy a diverse selection of wines from Oregon and Washington. This is a great opportunity for guests to mingle and discuss wine as well as business. Wine, glassware and tasting sheets included.
Big Reds of the World – $600
2 hours
Up to 24 guests can compare and contrast 7 big red wines from around the world. Everyone has a blast picking their favorites. Wine, glassware and tasting sheets included.
Wine and Chocolate – $600
2 hours
Up to 24 guests will enjoy 3-4 wines paired with some of the world’s top chocolate. Outstanding for a “Girls Night”. Wine, glassware and tasting sheets included.
- All of these tastings may be expanded up to 36 guests. Additionally, the quality of the wines can be upgraded.
